we have hired Air Conditioner under contract....Sec 194I or 194C is applicable..
Repairs exp is born by the owner and contract period is for 3 months..

you take machinery on rent it fall u/s 194 I if you make rent exceeds Rs. 180000/- the you have to deduct the tds @ 2% .
