01 November 2016 whether tds need to bed deducted u/s 194(c) or 194(i) on maintainance portion paid to owner along with rent?

01 November 2016 go through the exact wording of the rent agreement.....mostly maintenance chagres should be a mode of payment of rent. If it is so, then 194 I is the section.

01 November 2016 Hi, as per my knowledge you can deduct TDS separately., rent 194(i) & maintenance 194(c) on event of invoice is being provided separately or even if in the same invoice the values are provided separated the above can also be done.
