Dear Expert
If an assessee has excess TDS i.e.refund from his declared income, but he has not filed the return as due dates are passed away, Can he claim that excess TDS ( refund amt.) in subsequent year i.e. f.y. 2010-2011. Pl advice.

I am Sending Sample By Courier to Out Of state(Sarigma to West Bengal).Will CST and Excise be applicable on the Invoice.
