21 June 2016 Dear experts my query is should i have diduct the TDS on fabrication work & Engineering Works (Like supply of Cable trays supplier)

and Service tax should be applicable in fabrication work and engineering work

Please clearly clarify my query

21 June 2016 under income tax tds applicable u/s 194C and service tax on fabrication will be applicable if service provider receipts exceeds Rs. 10 lacs in year then he charge the service tax on its invoice.
