TDS Section and % Service charges for Deputation Engineer

we are paying Service charges for Deputation of Engineer for cable termination Work, How much TDS % and Section

My doubt it comes under 194C or 194J

Please guide me

12 October 2022 Unless its contract, TDS u/s. 194J will be applicable. Rate 10%.
