TDS return upload in Income tax site

How to upload TDS return fvu file in the Income tax site? We can login with pan number and password in the IT site. But, for uploading TDS return, whether fresh registration is required with TAN number ?

YES TAKE REGISTRATION IN TRACES WEBSITE AND THEN FILE.
