Hi , one of our client had deducted TDS in June 22 but same not paid yet.
Can they pay now & file revise return of Q4 ( FY 22-23 ) showing same?
Other than Interest on late deposit of TDS will there be any additional cost to the company ?

Yes, revised return can be filed only interest payable.

Alternatively can we pay in August 23 along with applicable interest and show same in Q1 TDS return of FY 23-24 ?

No, TDS related to 2022-23 show it in Q4 return by filing revised return.
