Dear Experts,
at the time of TDS return filing one person's PAN Wrongly mentioned another Person's PAN. The challan was booked. how can rectify this problem. if file the cancellation statement and file the original retrun that time delay of filing fee Rs.200/- per day will apply or not? please clarify.

You have to revise the TDS return.
If you file revise return no penalty is levied

Ramesh Ji you will have to download the Conso File available on traces for your Tan Number for the period for which you desire to revise the return.
After downloading the conso file you will have to upload the file on your software and then only you will be able to correct the errors.
