27 April 2009 As you all know that new TDS return format has been launch by the Department.

My question:
I want to file my Last Qtr return for F.Y. 2008-09, which format should i use earlier one or new format.

27 April 2009 You should submited earlier one formate for last QTR TDS return of F.Y.2008/09,last date of submittion is 15June'09.New formate of TDS return will be applicable from F.Y.2009/10.

27 April 2009 There are two reply & all are totally contradictory to each other.

Please be make sure that you reply on the basis of latest amendments

27 April 2009 In my opinion you had to file in old format for the Q-4.
The ammendment will applicable for the current year i.e.2009-10.
