As you all know that new TDS return format has been launch by the Department.
My question:
I want to file my Last Qtr return for F.Y. 2008-09, which format should i use earlier one or new format.

You should submited earlier one formate for last QTR TDS return of F.Y.2008/09,last date of submittion is 15June'09.New formate of TDS return will be applicable from F.Y.2009/10.

In my opinion you had to file in old format for the Q-4.
The ammendment will applicable for the current year i.e.2009-10.
