Sir if TDS Return (Qly) Late deposit after 15th July for Ist Qtr. what is Penalty for the late deposition of TDs return

Penalty is Rs 100 per day.
To levy the penalty is at the discretion of Authorities. We should not penalise ourselves. We can put a reasonable ground for not filing or non filing of return.
