Tds return in case of conversion of company in llp.

Plz let me know that in case of Conversion of a company into LLP, TDS Deducted by company which is not deposited at the time of conversion, will be deposited in the name of company or LLP. and the Return will be filled by LLP or Company? Regads.

In my view, the Deductor, i.e. the company only has to deposit the TDS and e-TDS Return as well.
