17 August 2013 I want file my tax return for the year 11-12
but i do not know the proceedure

i am doing asst accounts job and getting professional fees.
My TDS deducted at 10%

17 August 2013 You need to file ITR 4.

Last date of filing belated return without attacting penalty u/s 271F was 31.03.2013.

You can now file the belated return u/s 139(4) till 31.03.2014 subject to penalty of Rs 5000/- u/s 271F.
