23 April 2012 Dear expert,
One of my client is a deductor u/s 194C. Usually there are 50 to 60 deductee records are to be in their quarterly returns and they provides details of challans and deductee's payment and deductions made thereon on CD in excel format.
Hereby I would like to know that, what fee should I charge for processing and filing of qurarterly return?

23 April 2012 It is maximum uploading fee is below Rs.100/- for 50 clients.

23 April 2012 However, we have to tally each challan detail from OLTAS and other formalties, that generally takes 2 to 3 days time.

23 April 2012 you not require to check each entry.
because when you process e-file TDS return than automatic query question list you get.
than you require to solve only that question for efile the return.
so in one return you give that much of time not necessary. because client not paid fee on the basis of time. (how much time you spend for that work).
so you see what fee rate are running in market for that type of work. so you charge accordingly..
