12 April 2012 Can Anybody tell me the last date of TDS return is 15th April or 15th May?

12 April 2012 For the last quarter i.e quarter ending on 31st March the due date for filing of TDS return is 15th May.

12 April 2012 if filed prior to the due date then it is filed with in due date then no problem. But due date for the last quarter is 15th May to file TDS return are you satisfied or give clarification to your above question.

12 April 2012 Actually My CA get me confused. last year he told me that the last date is 15th April and as an accountant i have to follow his instruction and now he told me that the due date is 15th May.

12 April 2012 Upto before last year i.e upto 31-3-2010 it is 15th june from 31-3-2011 it is 15th may don't go confusion it is clear 15th may for your case.

TDS DEDUCTED ON 31 MARCH IS TO BE DEPOSITED ON OR BEFORE 30 APRIL..
TDS RETURN IS TO BE FILED ON OR BEFORE 15 TH MAY.
