Dear Friends
Recently, Income Tax department has changed TDS return filing date of March quarter i.e. 15 May. My question is this will be effective from A.Y. 2010-11 OR A.Y. 2011-12

Notification No. 41/2010; SO No. 1261(E) dated 31.05.2010. The amended rules will apply only in respect of tax deducted on or after 1st day of April 2010.
it is effective for AY 2011-12 becasue it is apply for tds deducted on or after 1st day of april 2010 i.e for AY 2011-12
