07 January 2017 sir my son`s employer deduct tds in pay of aprill, may, june, july ,aug & sept 2016 but in my 26as only tds of 2nd quater i.e july aug sept show i request again and again to employer /CA OF employer for updating TDS RETURN or fill tds return but no result what should i do

07 January 2017 Please wait till form 16 is issued by the employer. Preserve your salary slips. If you do not find the TDS amount in form 16 also or form 16 is not issued, file your return based on info with you and claim TDS as per your salary slip. The TDS will not be allowed by the IT department if not in 26AS and a demand shall be raised. After you receive the demand you need to file rectification application and also to send a clarification mail to ITO.
Meanwhile, continue followup with employer/his CA

07 January 2017 Only Employer can resolve this issue by filling the revise return of TDS or by issuing Form 16. With help of Form 16 you can file your income tax return.
