16 April 2016 Dear Experts,

We have file last three Quarter of 24Q for f.y. 2015-16. In 4th quarter we have not deducted any TDS on salary. Whether it is required to file TDS return of 24Q for 4th quarter.

16 April 2016 4th Quarter TDS return is mandatory as you have to give salary details of all employees.

While furnishing Form 24Q for the first three quarters, Annexure II (salary details) need not be furnished. Only deductor details, Challan details and deductee details (Annexure I) have to be furnished for the first three quarters. However, for the fourth quarter, Annexure II, which gives salary details of the deductees, has to be furnished giving the details for the whole financial year.

16 April 2016 Right agree with Sanjay sir..!!! without filing 4th quarter tds return you will not able to generate Form 16 part A. so 4th quarter tds return is mandatory.
