I have a query regarding the TDS return
If we have paid a money to the party say in quarter 2 and TDS has been deducted in quarter 4 then I need file the TDS return for Q2 or for Q4.

To consider the period of return of TDS date of payment / credit to the account of the deductee is relevant.
