Dear Sanjay Sir
I hvn't filed TDS Return for
April 2014 to June 2014 till date.shall i file it without paying 200per day penalty???.Is RPU is still used or can i file through FVU Directly without using RPU file ??????

No need to pay penalty u/s 234E as the matter is subjudice. Just file the return. Fvu is generated through RPU.
