HI,
We have to file our TDS return for f.y. 2013-14 now. please let me know we can file our tds return without paying penalty or late fees. if not please let me know what is the maximum amount of penalty or late fees.

Late filing of TDS return will attract FEES of Rs. 200 per day without any maximum limit as per law. There is also penalty provisions but those are not levied usually.
