what is the due date for remittances on TDS deductions made during the month of March 2009 including provision for salaries for the month of march 2009 under which section

7th of the next month i.e., 7th april for amount paid or credited on or before 31st March, 2009.
For provisions made on 31st March, 2009, the last date for remittance of TDs is 31st May, 2009
For provisions made on 31st March, 2009, the last date for remittance of TDs is 31st May, 2009

(b) For amount credited on 31st Mar 09 and Paid on or after 1st Apr 09--> 31st May 09 is due date
(a) Paid on or before 31st Mar 09--> 7th Apr 09 is due date
(b) Paid on or after 1st Apr 09--> 7th May 09 is due date
(2) For CONTRACTS u/s 194C
(a) Paid on or before 31st Mar 09--> 7th Apr 09 is due date
(b) For amount credited on 31st Mar 09 and Paid on or after 1st Apr 09--> 31st May 09 is due date
