I WOULD LIKE TO ASK TDS RELATED QUERY AS EXAMPLE.
EXP: I HAVE DONE JOB WORK FROM X PARTY AND ALSO DUE SOME DISPUTE I HAVE NOT DONE PAYMENT TO X PARTY INO. DATE 24.11.2014 . NOW IN FEB.
15 I WANT TO DEUCT TDS .CAN I DEUCT TDS AND ALSO WILL I REVISE IIIRD QTR TDS RETURN?

14 February 2015 Due to dispute you admit the payment only in FEB and deduct TDS in Feb. So no need to revise III rd qtr TDS return include it in IV th qtr return.

If you have booked invoice in Qtr 3 then you had to deduct TDS in Qtr 3 only & you will be required to revise Qtr 3 return.

14 February 2015 Additionally you will be required to pay int @ 1% p.m. from Nov14 to Month in which TDS deducted and pay before revising of return.
