The TRACES (tdscpc) site is not properly working yet.. Thatsway registration process is not doing correctly. After site moderation all the process will doing properly.

But how this query will be resolved .when it is expected to be resolved i want to download form 16a as i have to issue it
any other procedure to download form16a
from NSDL i am not able to download it
