Hello Sir,
Sir i want to know how can i make the refund of tds. i did'nt file any return from last 2 year and i have only income from my salary. And this Tds dectucted was on my some my Incentive and some on commission .So please suggest me what should i do to make the refund of my TDS money . The amount is around 1 lac to 1.5 lac .

TDS deducted by the company of all your salary income pls check your salary and tds . if your tds will be deducted according to your income then no refund will get to you.
but you have to file income tax return.

no sir Its deducted on some part of comm and incentive and incentive is on selling of some item.

Refund can be asked only through Income tax return, I would recommend you first file your return. As part of filing the return you will be computing your actual income tax and will be deducting it with TDS amount in order to calculate the Income tax refund. After doing assessment income tax authority will send you the appropriate refund.
Please note that currently you can file return only for Assessment Year 2014-15 (Financial year 2013-14)and Assessment Year 2013-14 (Financial year 2012-13).
Considering you have income only from salary, commission (provided it is not considered as business income) and incentive , you can use ITR 1.

okey thank you sir . means first i will have to file the return for Ay 2014-15 and FY 2013-14 . then mentioned Tds in return and then the authority will refund it.
