Dear experts,
I want to file IT return of ITR1 and also TDS refundable of Rs.500, so please suggest me what are the final date to gate TDS refund, can I file IT return of FY 12-13 to gate TDS refund?

pls check your 26AS before filing the income tax return, in which you know that your refund is Rs. 500 or not .your return filing date was 31.7.2013 but you can file return up to 31.3.2015.
but if your income in more than exempt limit before claiming deduction of chapter VI then it possible you have to pay fine for late return filing.

Thanks to reply, Income is not more than exempt limit but TDS refundable, so am I claim for refund of FY 12-13?
