Tds refund after pan card operative

In my case company deduct tds on salary on Rs. 4,50,000/- due to my pan card is in operative then after i linked my aadhar card with pan card. Can i will get tds deducted as refund after submitting my tax return for the fy-2023-24??

please suggest to me best idea so i can get refund fully.

30 May 2024 Yes, file return after the pan-Aadhar linkage, and claim refund.

one of my client having the same issue.
Deducted tds is not showing in his 26AS due to inoperative issue.

I have told the deductor to revised his TDS Statement.

can after that is will show.

30 May 2024 Link the pan with Aadhar first, and ask the employer to revise the return, the TDS will get reflected.
