Dear sir
My friend is a LIC agent. His company issued TDS Certificate (form16A)to him for the Assessment Year 2011-2012. deduction amount is Rs. 8000/-. He is not have any other income.He is depending on his parents.
So how to get back TDs amt.Rs.8000/-

File the return of income and seek refund.
