Dear memders,
one of my client doing filled his ITR regularly.In financial year 2002-03 & 2003-04 TDS Refund claim in ITR but still not get. I have done so many complaint in writint to commisioner but they also didn't reply.
Now i want to complaint higher level from commisioner what is the right person for this matter, so i can received refund order for that assesse.
please reply me urgent

It is best to visit the income tax office and meet with ITO. Just talk with them about the matter and resolve the matter.

talk to ITO once but as you mentioned that you have send complaint also then I think this will be no big help.
after this if you didn't get sufficient reply compalint to commissioner.
you will get interest for this delay payment.
