Hum pichle kitne years ka tds 1 ITR me claim kar sakte hai??

Currently you can file return for FY 15-16 & FY 16-17
Note: For FY 15-16 if income exceed maximum amount not chargeable to tax than penalty of Rs.5000/- will be imposed

Actually ITRs of all past years have been filed on time.But tds claim ni kia kisi b itr me.
What can I do in this case to claim tds??

Normally at the time of processing the return the department give the TDS credit, for more details kindly refer your intimation

TDS can be claimed for last 6 years, even if ITR were not filed; by requesting to JCIT for condonation of delay in filing return u/s. 119(2b) of IT act.
