Dear Sir,
My FD in Sbi Bank .I faild to submit PAN Card so that Bank deducted TDS on Fd Interest by 20%.How Can Refund Tds amount.

Yes it is simple as said by ankur sir, you have to ask bank to update your PAN by revised tds return so that you will received tds refund.

sir my deduction value not shown in 26 AS because of PAN is not deposited so how to possible get refund

Ask your bank to revise their TDS return by furnishing your PAN to them. After they revise the tds return mentioning your PAN against tax deposited your 26AS will show tax credit and then you may file your IT return to claim TDS refund.
