Tds refund

In the year 2009-2010 i filled my tds and after some time received a cheque of rs. 12000as my refund . But the account on which that cheque was issued was closed so i returned the cheque to issue it in my some other account. But till now have not received anything.Now what should i do know to take my refund .

If it was online return. Then request for reissue of refund cheque online. If it was manual return then you need to visit your Jurisdictional Office.

you have to make application with cheque to your jurisdiction income tax office for reissue of refund cheque.
