can any one please help me, what is the procedure for getting refund of TDS amount.

you can file the return and get the refund if your tax below TDS amount.

File your return of income and then claim excess of TDS amount after adjustment to your tax liability if any as refund.
To file income tax return contact any auditor,ITP or TRP nearest to you. They shall guide you for requirements and process of filing of return of income.
