there is no fixed of tds on salary... the employer has the determine the taxable income of his employee based on the salary and other data provided by the employee. and then the employer has to calculate tax payable and should divide it by 12. then should deduct every month the amount so calculated.

If any salary is 35000/- per month i.e., 420000/- per annuam then what will be the tds amount.

r u claiming other deductions like PF, Medical Reimbursement, HRA , etc....

tds will be the tax amount on ur income ,that will be deducted from ur monthly payment.
