Please let us know current rate ( FY 2013-14) of TDS U/s 195 in case of PAN not available.

TDS rate is 20% if the PAN is not available u/s.195

In case, PAN No is not availible is tax is to be deducted @ 20 % (pemnalty for no PAN)
In other cases deduct tax @ 25% in all cases except the above , it is compulsory for the assessee to file Income Tax Return.
