We arrange some musical programme in our company premises on our annual day. In this programme Orchesta bill is Rs. 30000/-. this is only one transaction in a year. can you tell me the tds impact for this.

This transcation comes under the purview of sec 194C which is a contract and TDS to be deducted @ 2%.
