Indian person paid consideration to NRI for Purchased house property,Which TDS rate apply?
Whether procedure regarding 15CA-CB will be applicable or not?

as per my view on purchase of property TDS will not be applicable. because TDS is applicable on income not on capital exp
when TDS is not applicable then 15CA and 15CB will also not applicable
when TDS is not applicable then 15CA and 15CB will also not applicable
