I was pay challan of TDS u/s194j whereas amount deducted u/s 194A .Can I furnise return u/s 194A for same challan

in retunr mention 194 J and take ref of that challan
in practical there is no problem. I have done same and didn't get any query from income tax.
main purpose is you must deposit tax. if you get any notice then simple give answer that it was deposited in wrong head.
