21 August 2012 Whether TDS is applicable for payment made by Indian Company to foreign Party situated in Italy for Exhibition Space US$9600/-. Please provide the reference for article No. in DTAA .

21 August 2012 Yes, the provisions are applicable. Section 195 of income tax Act. At the time of payment, the bank will ask for the certificate by chartered accountant

21 August 2012 Can you provide some reference and want to clarify that the party to whom payment is made is Independent Agent, Not having permanent establishment in India. Will it be applicable then too.
