TDS - Purchase of properties having 3 documents

A is purchasing properties for Rs.4.5 crores from B. The properties consists of one document for Rs. 4 crores, one document for Rs.20 lakhs and another document for Rs.30 lakhs, whether TDS is to be deducted for Rs. 4.5 crores. Kindly clairy

In case of single property single day of registration TDS applicable on 4.50 cr.
