TDS - Purchase of properties having 3 documents

29 November 2021 A is purchasing properties for Rs.4.5 crores from B. The properties consists of one document for Rs. 4 crores, one document for Rs.20 lakhs and another document for Rs.30 lakhs, whether TDS is to be deducted for Rs. 4.5 crores. Kindly clairy
