One of my client has got a show cause notice from TDS department. The same was responded by submitting the reasonable cause of not deducting the taxes and depositing them.
Now the department has issued a demand in this case.
Please tell me the prosecution procedure, how this demand can be set aside or any idea or a case law through which the demand can be responded.

you should file appeal and also stay application for implementation of the order of AO. No other alternative except going with appellate authority.
