I have one more question.

I was paid to parties on July'11 with deducted tds amount. but i was not submitted that time. I was paid to bank on December'11 with interest @1.5% of 4 months of tds amount. So that i want e filling of tds return. plz tell me which quarter return submit 2nd or 3rd? because i was paid of tds amount on December'11.
