Tds payment for q4 - fy 12-13

23 July 2013 Dear Sir / Madam,

in March 13 we have not booked prof fees invoice

so now we have booked the invoice in and TDS booked

TDS amt comes to RS.14158/-

requesting you to kindly advise interest payable upto july 13

23 July 2013 Since you are not booked the bills and not deducted the tds, in this case interest not apply. in case you are booking now, you ca deduct the tds and pay on or before 7th Aug 2013

we have to book this cost in mar 13 only, so exps not get disallowd

24 July 2013 you have not received the invoice in march-13 and not booked. then where is the question of disallowance?

As per my understanding , if vendor's invoice date is Mar 13 then we also have to book the cost in Mar 13 and we have to pay tds also
