Sir,
Our Security service provider raises bill for
service provided in April, in the first week of May...similarly every month.
Is it alright if we book this expense in May and deposit TDS thereof by first week of June?

Incase you are following the cash basis accounting system then ok, otherwise need to book the month of expenses incurred
