As per AP VAT Act, TDS paid on Works Contract is can adjust a/g Vat payable amount.
pls. clarify

16 May 2016 vat to be depoisted under seperate challam its diff form the vat. its TDS under the VAT act. and TDS under income tax u/s 194C is also diff TDS .
