TDS on water supply

(Querist)
09 February 2011 an Individual is supplying water, through pipe line, from his own tubewell, installed at his field, to a Ltd. Comapany, under contractual agreement, on monthly basis, pipe line layed from his field to company's comeplex (2 Kms). Please advise applicability of TDS.
