Hi,
If any vat amount is included in an invoice raised by a subcontractor for AMC CONTRACT, shall any tds to be deducted on total value of invoice including vat or excluding vat?

Yes TDS need to deduct on gross bill value u/s.194C. so need to deduct inclusive of VAT
