Dear sir
plz suggest whether TDS is to be deduct on payment made to transportor at present even if they provide us PAN AS SEC 194C(6) is applicable between 1 oct, 2009 to 31 march 2010

No. If PAN provided then TDS not required to be deducted from transporter.

if tpt provide the PAN then no requirement of deduction of TDS.
