27 July 2010 please provide the suggestion regating the issue of seperate return of transporter whom we have to paid.

THAT IS MENDETORY TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF PAYMENT MADE TO TRANSPORTER WHO HAVE GIVEN THEIR PAN NO. AND WE HAVE NOT DEDUCTED THE TDS.

27 July 2010 Yes...such a return need to be filed in respect of payment made to transport operators without TDS as they have furnished their PAN. IT dept. is yet to notify the form, filing date, details to be given etc about the said return.
