our factory delivery cost is rs.17.10 per kg of x , on behalf of supplier ( farmer )
we are paying freight ( it is ranging from 25k to 30k ) is it necessary to deduct tax u/s 194c ?

TDS in case of transporter u/s 194C is not required to be deducted if transporter provides his PAN no to the deductor.

if PAN is not available , tds should be deducted @ 20%
