WE ARE HIRING TURCK FROM UNION FOR TRANSPORT OF OUR GOODS, WHETHER WE HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS TOWARDS NON RECEIPT OF DELCLARATION FOR 10 TURCK OWNERS ?

Yes in absence of Declaration and PAN you need to deduct TDS u/s 194C if threshold limit is being crossed.

YES YOU HAVE TO DEDCUTE THE TDS IF DECLARATION NOT SUBMIT BY TRANSPORTER U/S 194C
